What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Gntl products, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase we’ll do our best to offer an accommodative solution.  
If dissatisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact  support@gntlskin.com
  • Opened product is eligible for 50% refund within 30 days of original purchase date 

  • Unopened product is eligible for a full refund only after the product is returned in resalable condition.

    • We will be happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.  

    • Once a return is received, your  refund will be processed to your original form of payment

 

There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us at  support@gntlskin.com.


In the unlikely event that  a product arrives damaged or defective, we will make every effort to ensure  the issue is rectified.  Please contact us at support@gntlskin.com within 7 business days of delivery and the item(s) will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you.
